1. Flight Ticket Cancellation

Flight ticket cancellations are subject to:

Airline fare rules

Time of cancellation

Sector (Domestic / International)

Cancellation charges will be applicable as per:

Airline policy

Time of request

Ticket type (Refundable / Non-refundable)

No-show cases will be treated as full cancellation.

Convenience and service charges are non-refundable.

2. Hotel Cancellation

Hotel cancellations are governed by the respective hotel’s policy.

Cancellation eligibility depends on:

Free cancellation window

Booking type

Seasonal conditions

Late cancellations or no-show may result in full retention of booking amount.

3. Land Package Cancellation

Cancellation of tour / holiday packages will be applicable as per the timeline below:

4. Visa Services Cancellation

If cancellation is requested before submission, processing and documentation charges may apply.

5. Force Majeure

Government restrictions

Airline disruptions

Political situations

will be governed by supplier policies.

6. Service Charges

All service fees and convenience charges are non-cancellable.

7. Third-Party Dependency

ScanMyFlight acts as a booking facilitator.

All cancellations are subject to airline, hotel, tour operator, and embassy rules.
